License Agreement - Template Logo Pack
The services that Fast Logo provide to you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Fast Logo reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time without notice to you. The most current version of this License Agreement can be viewed here.
Copyright
Any form of reselling Template Logo Pack content, unauthorised copying or distribution of this product for personal or business use, is strictly prohibited. The license you obtain when you are sent or download a pack is for your own exclusive use only.
Copyright Disputes
Fast Logo make no guarantee of copyright to customer. Customer assumes responsibility of obtaining Trademark or Copyright of any material created with Template Logo Pack graphics. Fast Logo assumes no liability in the event that customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright of said material for any reason.
No Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of a Template Logo Pack, you will not use the package for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this License Agreement. You may not use the Template Logo Pack in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available from the Fast Logo website.
Template Logo Pack components are supplied in the understanding they will be used for sites that do not contain or promote spam, racism, copyright infringement or any other illegal activities.
EU Distance Selling Directive
As of 31st October 2000 the EU Distance Selling Directive became part of UK law, courtesy of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This directive applies to all transactions where the consumer does not actually meet the vendor. In simple terms it gives you, the consumer, the right to cancel any agreement within 7 days and get a full refund.
The only exception is "customised" goods. The creation of a logo (our standard or special service) is classified as a "customised" product, and as such cannot be cancelled under the directive.
Our Template pack product is unsealed computer software, as such this is exempt from the Distance Selling Directive, please note this when ordering.
Contracts concluded between businesses are not governed by these regulations.

Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services. Fast Logo takes no responsibility for illegal use of its components to create sites, logos or other designs that are against national or international law.
Legal Information
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Fast Logo, its affiliates and its sponsors harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this License Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this License Agreement.
Customer hereby agrees and consents to venue in Hants, United Kingdom, in the event of any legal action regarding this License Agreement or of any copyright enforcement regarding the subject matter of this License Agreement.
